WSET Level 1 Award in Wine provided by Lincoln Wine School 

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust is an internationally recognised provider of educational qualifications for the alcoholic drinks industry. Anyone with an interest in the drinks they enjoy are able to sit the courses to further their knowledge. 

Lincoln Wine School is the local Approved Programme Provider of the WSET and will provide the educator for the qualifications at Lincolnshire Cookery School.

The WSET Level 1 Award in Wine qualification is a single day course. The day will involve some theory work about the basics of wine production, the major grape varieties, tasting technique and food and wine pairing. During the course of the day we will taste 9 wines to acquaint the students with the most common styles. The course is self contained with no pre reading required. The day is assessed by multiple-choice exam.

COST AND BOOKING
