I have created an exciting range of lessons aimed at Key Stage 2 & Key Stage 3 students. Also looking at expanding to Key Stage 4 GCSE students if enough interest is shown.
Cooking and Nutrition is a vital skill everyone should understand and be able to do.
Currently I am offering 2 days a month for Key Stage 2 & 3 so check out the calendar.

Ben Straw has been in the wine industry for almost 14 years, firstly in retail for an independent wine merchant, doing some hospitality work in the side before offering wine tastings, training and corporate events. In 2015 he created Lincoln Wine School to offer WSET courses to the people of Lincolnshire and beyond.
He holds the WSET’s Level 4 Diploma in Wines and Spirits. One of only 12,000 or so people worldwide to do so and is a Certified Educator on behalf of the Education Trust and travel round the country to help other Programme Providers in the UK.
8 – 10 wines will be tasted, accompanied by cheese from the Lincoln Cheese Society.

Ferry Ales Brewery is an award winning brewery from Fiskerton just outside Lincoln. It was set up by John Cussons in 2016. We brew three times a week and produce beer in bottle, cask and keg supplying to local shops including The Lincolnshire Co Op and to pubs and restaurants.
All our beers are suitable for vegans (except our coffee milk stout) and we can now offer gluten free beer too!
