We’ve been asked before why we insist on using proper knifes and other “dangerous” equipment with children… and here’s our reasoning:1. The children are at our cookery school to learn and progress, not play.2. How else would you learn how to make a delicious dish from scratch aged 8?3. These knifes and tools are only dangerous if misused.4. The skills they learn are skills they will remember and use for life.5. Because why not?!
