Lincolnshire Cookery School

In this course you will learn many different techniques; from the ‘Tangzhong’ starter method for the Japanese Milk Bread to the folding of the Ciabatta and the boiling of the Bagels, not forgetting creating the traditional swirl of the Babka.

A perfect course for those wanting to advance their bread making skills.

Recipes & ingredients are all provided.
Refreshments on arrival are provided & throughout the day.
A light Lunch or evening meal will also be provided depending on the time of the course.
