Not just for vegetarians and vegans – EVERYONE’S WELCOME. This is the course to dress your veg to impress, widen your veggie culinary skillage, or glean funky ideas for meat free Mondays. The recipes aim to hit the spot while making vegetables the main event.

Who can resist the perfect katsu sauce? We’ll unlock the secret to veggie burgers, whip up some Muhammara, no-knead-pitta, and a banging Bang Bang Cauliflower. To seal the meal deal we’ll pack a hack for Baklava. Finally, top tips for using it all and no waste!
