Many dishes are prepared today in Spain using the same cooking methods and ingredients as they were two or three hundred years ago.
Food in Spain is fresh, abundant, and full of flavour, and the Spanish love their food dearly.
An example of what we may make is:

 Tortilla espanola
Albondigas
Gambas al ajillo
Pisto
Pimientos del piquillo.
