Lincolnshire Cookery School

Sauces are the heart of great cuisine & this course will teach you to make a range of classic sauces.

We will teach you how to master the fundamental sauces such as Hollandaise from which a variety of other sauces like Bearnaise / Maltaise / Chyron & Palloise can also be made. By the end of the course you will have the confidence to add a new dimension of delicious sauces to your dishes taking your cooking to the next level.

  • Roux Sauce
  • Italian Tomato Sauce
  • Hollandaise Sauce
  • Butter Scotch Sauce

Recipes & ingredients are all provided.
Refreshments on arrival are provided & throughout the day.
A light Lunch or evening meal will also be provided depending Β on the time of the course.
Don’t forget to bring some container to take home all your amazing goodies you have made.
