This course focuses on a range of different classic sweet patisserie dishes.

Youโ€™ll be making a range of different classic sweet dishes ranging from Paris-Brest to Clementine Tartย  with Italian Meringue.

This hands-on day will give you the fundamentals to enable you to replicate & adapt in your own home.

Recipes & ingredients are all provided.
Refreshments on arrival are provided & throughout the day.
A light Lunch or evening meal will also be provided depending on the time of the course.
Donโ€™t forget to bring some container to take home all your amazing goodies you have made.
