Lincolnshire Cookery School

Nothing beats the taste of freshly made pasta.

You will learn how to make fresh pasta doughย  then use a pasta machine to create ribbon pasta. Moving onto filled pasta & cooking. Finally production pasta sauces which you then can adapt at home in the future.

  • Pasta Ribbons
  • Ravioli
  • Pasta sauces

Recipes & ingredients are all provided.
Refreshments on arrival are provided & throughout the day.
A light Lunch or evening meal will also be provided deepening on the time of the course.
Donโ€™t forget to bring some container to take home all your amazing goodies you have made.
