Lincolnshire Cookery School
Using the highest quality local British Pork you’ll learn the art of creating the perfect pork pie, scotch quail’s egg and sausage.
We will create a delicate ‘hot water pastry’ then using 2 different method the first is using a ‘dolly’ which is where it’s a hand raised baked pork pie. The second method is baked within a tin. While the Pies are baking we will move onto a lesson on sausage making!!!!!! You will create your own perfect banger & also a soft yolk Scotch Quail’s Egg.
Recipes & ingredients are all provided.
Refreshments on arrival are provided & throughout the day.
A light Lunch or evening meal will also be provided depending on the time of the course.
Don’t forget to bring some container to take home all your amazing goodies you have made.
