Lincolnshire Cookery School

Greek food is simple, colourful & incredibly nutritious. In addition Greek food has a reputation for being heart healthy. This is because it uses olive oil, fish, lean meats, vegetables, herbs & grains.

We will be preparing & cooking a selection of dishes which will include low & slow cooking which tenderises meat & deepen flavours. Learn a range of knife skills for use in your everyday cooking along with much more.
