This course is to help you understand how to prepare the game for cooking then eating.

All the game you prepare you will take home to cook in your own home however you will have an opportunity to cook as well during the day.

Depending on the season, the availability will include some of the following;

  • Rabbit
  • Hare
  • Pheasant
  • Partridge
  • Duck
  • Snipe
  • Pigeon
  • Venison
  • Muntjac

Recipes & ingredients are all provided.
Refreshments on arrival are provided & throughout the day.
A light Lunch or evening meal will also be provided depending Β on the time of the course.
Don’t forget to bring some container to take home all your amazing goodies you have made.
