Lincolnshire Cookery School

For one day only, learn from Magnus and his Michellin Star experience, prepare, cook and present a 6 fine dining courses starting with an Amuse bouche, starter, Middle course, main, desert and after dinner treats.

Magnus Werdenskog has worked as a chef at Michelin two-star restaurant Aquavit in New York, one-star SK Mat in Gothenburg, and at the highly acclaimed Lisa Elmqvist in Stockholm. He has also held the Head Chef position at the exclusive cooking studio AVEQIA in Gothenburg.

Magnus was born and raised in the middle of Sweden, surrounded by forests, lakes and gardens. His mother sparked his interest in food at a young age but since then he’s added a few more role models; Christer Elmqvist who taught him everything about the classic kitchen and the finesse he learnt from Emma Bengtsson and Simon Ek at Aquavit.
