Learn to produce a well-presented, delicious three-course dinner party menu and still have time to spend with your guests.
This course will teach you the art of quick, effective entertaining and you will learn to cook every component of a starter, main course and delicious dessert as well as how to present your food to a restaurant standard.
After this course you’ll be the cool, calm and collected host on the receiving end of your guests’ gasps of admiration as you serve up your stunning meal.

Starter – Twice baked Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese Soufflé served on a delicate cream sauce
Mains – Mazandarani Lamb with Apricot Purée & Saffron Tomato Salsa
Dessert – Raspberry & Lavender Crème Brûlée
