We recommend you attend our Basic Pasta Mania course first.

If you want to be inspired to enjoy your own pasta adventure this course is for you. We will be focusing on colourful pasta doughs using spinach & squid ink. Stripes, patterns, herb-laminated, pappardelle, sorprsine & campanelle. Along with a selection of sauces to accompany these pasta’s which are easily replicated at home.
