This course is for those who love making bread but would like to advance their skills.

  • Rustic Dutch oven baked loaf
  • Focaccia
  •  Sourdough
  • Brioche

Recipes & ingredients are all provided.
Refreshments on arrival are provided & throughout the day.
A light Lunch or evening meal will also be provided depending on the time of the course.
Don’t forget to bring some container to take home all your amazing goodies you have made.
